M. Road 1340 in Kerr County, Texas. KLEIN AND WIFE, NEVA KLEIN FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F. M. ROAD 1340 On this the 10th day of October, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Felix F. Klein and wife, Neva Klein, for the convey- ance of land required for the extension of F. M. Road 1340; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Mosty, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Felix F. Klein and wife, Neva Klein, the sum of X600.00 for land, damages and severance damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 5.594 acres of land out of Surveys 716 and 1439, and in addition to the cash compensation offered, Kerr County will, prior to the construc- tion of the new roadway, construct a standard type livestock fence, including 39 inch net wire topped by one smooth cable wire, along the east side of the right-of-way conveyed; and It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F.
