M. 1340 R/W On this the 10th day of October 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authoriz- ed to advertise for bids for construction of approximately 21,250 feet of fencing along the right-of-way of F. M. Road 1340 in Kerr County, Texas. Sealed bids will be received by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, until 10:00 o'clock A.M., October 28, 1966, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. V. B. Hough, Jr., and wife, Ramona Hough, the sum of $1,002.50 as compensation for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 2.005 acres of land out of Survey 1862; and in addition to the cash compensation offered, Kerr County will, prior to the construction of the new roadway, construct a standard type livestock fence along the line of the right-of- way conveyed and in addition will install a 12 foot cattle guard and 12 foot metal entrance gate winged back to an acceptable point in the existing entrance roadway; and It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F.
