On this the 10th day of October 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authoriz-
ed to advertise for bids for construction of approximately 21,250 feet of fencing along the
right-of-way of F. M. Road 1340 in Kerr County, Texas.
Sealed bids will be received by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, until
10:00 o'clock A.M., October 28, 1966, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and
read.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notice to be published in the official newspaper of Kerr County for two consecutive
weeks.

handle the receipts and disbursements in the fund.

On this the 10th day of October, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of compensation to be paid Felix F. Klein and wife, Neva Klein, for the convey-
ance of land required for the extension of F. M. Road 1340; and after due consideration by
the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner
Mosty, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Felix F.
Klein and wife, Neva Klein, the sum of $600.00 for land, damages and severance damages for
their conveyance to the State of Texas of 5.594 acres of land out of Surveys 716 and 1439,
and in addition to the cash compensation offered, Kerr County will, prior to the construc-
tion of the new roadway, construct a standard type livestock fence, including 39 inch net
wire topped by one smooth cable wire, along the east side of the right-of-way conveyed; and
It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
on the F. M. 1340 ROW Fund in the amount of $600.00, payable to Felix F. Klein and Neva
Klein, the said voucher to be delivered on receipt of the duly executed Right-of-Way Deed.

Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Mosty, and
unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Melvin H. Kott and

wife, Patricia Ann Kott, the sum of $450.00 as compensation for land and damages for their
~- conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.477 acres of land out of Survey 627, together with
their granting of two channel easements aggregating 0.627 acres out of Survey 627; and in
addition to the cash compensation offered, Kerr County will, prior to construction of the
new roadway, construct a standard type livestock fence along the west side of Parcel 16
from the existing entrance roadway south and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the
Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. P7. 783 ROW Fund payable to Melvin H.

conveyance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due consid-
eration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers
to pay C. V. Berryman and wife, Mary Berryman, the sum of $229.60 for their conveyance to
the State of Texas of 0.137 acres of land out of Survey 627, together with the granting of
a channel easement comprising 0.437 acres out of Survey 62'7; and in addition to the cash
compensation offered, Kerr County will, prior to the construction of the new roadway,
construct a standard type livestock fence along the east line of Parcel 18 and, upon request
and after construction of the new roadway along the west line of Parcel 15; and
It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
on the F. M. 783 RUW Fund in the amount of $229.60 payable to C. V. Berryman and Mary Berry-
man, the said voucher to be delivered on receipt of the duly executed Right-of-Way Deed and

conveyance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due con-
sideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers
to pay L. B. Hough, Jr., and wife, Ramona Hough, the sum of $1,002.50 as compensation for
their conveyance to the State of Texas of 2.005 acres of land out of Survey 1862; and in
addition to the cash compensation offered, Kerr County will, prior to the construction of
the new roadway, construct a standard type livestock fence along the line of the right-of-
way conveyed and in addition will install a 12 foot cattle guard and 12 foot metal entrance
gate winged back to an acceptable point in the existing entrance roadway; and
It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of $1,002.50 payable to L. B. Hough, Jr., and
Ramona Hough, the said voucher to be delivered on receipt of the duly executed Right-of-Way
