Berryman and wife, Mary Berryman, for the ~ conveyance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due consid- eration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay C. V. Berryman and wife, Mary Berryman, the sum of $229.60 Łor their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.137 acres of land out of Survey 627, together with the granting of a channel easement comprising 0.437 acres out of Survey 627; and in addition to the cash compensation offered, Kerr County will, prior to the construction of the new roadway, construct a standard type livestock fence along the east line of Parcel 18 and, upon request and after construction of the new roadway along the west line of Parcel 15; and It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. Hough, Jr., and wife, Ramona Hough, for the conveyance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due con- sideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay L. B. Hough, Jr., and wife, Ramona Hough, the sum of $1,002.50 as compensation for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 2.005 acres of land out of Survey 1862; and in addition to the cash compensation offered, Kerr County will, prior to the construction of the new roadway, construct a standard type livestock fence along the line of the right-of- way conveyed and in addition will install a 12 foot cattle guard and 12 foot metal entrance gate winged back to an acceptable point in the existing entrance roadway; and .-- It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher ` on the F.
