ROAD 783 On this the 10th day of October, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court ~.., the matter of compensation to be paid Tom J. Moore for land and damages for the conveyance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Mosty, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Tom J. Moore the sum of $2000.00 for his conveyance to the State of Texas of 1.457 acres of land out of Survey 120; and in addition to the foregoing cash compensation, Kerr County will, if necessary, reconstruct and resurface the existing entrance roadway from the point of its intersection with the new right-of-way line, or in the alternative and at its election, relocate the said entrance roadway at a point acceptable to Tom J. Moore and the Texas Highway Department; and It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of $2,000.00 payable to Tom J. SHAW AND WIFE, SARA SHAW AND FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF KERRVILLE FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F. M. ROAD 783 On this the 10th day of October, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Hubert W. Shaw and wife, Sara Shaw, together with First National Bank of Kerrville, a lienholder, for the conveyance of land required for the relocation of F. l'~. Road 783; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Mosty, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Hubert W. Shaw and wife, Sara Shaw, the sum of $1500.00 for land, damages and severance damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.784 acres of land out of Survey 1862, together with their granting of a channel easement comprising 0.344 acres out of Survey 1862, and in addition to the cash compensation offered, Kerr County will provide suitable connections under and/or over the right-of-way conveyed for the owners water pipe line and electric distribution line running from their house to their water well; and It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of $1500.00 payable to Hubert W. M. ROAD 1340 On this the 14th day oŁ October, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid the National Bank of Commerce of San Antonio, Trustee, for the conveyance of land required for the extension of F. M. Road 1340 across and along a portion of the Stowers Ranch; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, and unanimous- ly approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said National Bank of Commerce, Trustee, the sum of $1,442.70 for land, damages and severance damages for the conveyance to the State of Texas of 14.427 acres of land out of Surveys 1442, 1439 and 716, together with the granting of three channel easements aggregating 3.238 acres out of Surveys 1442, 1439, 716 and 1249; and in addition to the cash compensation offered, Kerr ~.., County will, prior to the construction of the new roadway, construct a standard type live- stock fence along the north side of the right-of-way conveyed and along the south side of the right-of-way conveyed Kerr County will construct a deerproof fence approximately 7 1/2 feet in height insofar as construction requirements of the Texas Highway Department will permit, with any gaps remaining to be closed permanently after construction of the new roadway, the said deerproof fence to consist of two courses of 939-12-12 1/2 net wire topped by one smooth cable wire; and in addition, Kerr County will furnish two 12 foot metal entrance gates of appropriate height and will also, after construction of the new roadway, wing the right-of-way fencing on both sides of the road so as to permit the drainage structure in the proximity of Station 243f50 to be used as a stockpass; and It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F.
