ROAD 783 On this the 24th day of October, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid James C. Evertson and wife, Lois Evertson, for land and damages for the conveyance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay James C. Evertson and wife, Lois Evertson, the sum of $400.00 for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.570 acres of land out of Survey 120; and in addition to the foregoing cash compensation, Kerr County will construct a standard type livestock fence out of new materials along the right-of-way conveyed from the present entrance lane northward, and if required, do any work necessary on the present entrance roadway outside of the State Right-of-Way line that may be necessary to keep the new entrance way from '" becoming any steeper than the existing entrance way; and It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of $400.00 payable to James C. M. ROAD 783 On this the 28th day of October, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Bernice Bumpus Stone and husband, Jimmie M. Stone, for the conveyance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Bernice Bumpus Stone and husband, Jimmie M. Stone, the sum of $1,000.00 for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.402 acres of land out of Survey 120, Walter Fosgate, and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County will, prior to the construction of the new roadway, relocate the existing entrance gates at an acceptable location and make any necessary adjustments on the existing driveway and further, Kerr County will construct a new fence along the new right-of-way line which fence shall ~' be at least as high as the existing fence between the Stone and Hightower properties; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. Landes , together with Hill Country Federal Savings and Loan Association, Inc., as Lienholder, for the convey-. ance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Mosty, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court, that Kerr County hereby offers to pay C. W. Landess and wife, Grace P. Landess, the sum of $750.00 for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.341 acres of land out of Survey 120, Walter Fosgate; and in addition to the foregoing cash compensation, Kerr County will construct a standard type livestock fence out of new materials from the present entrance roadway northward and if of required, do any work necessary on the present entrance roadway outside /the State right-of- way line that may be necessary to keep the new entrance way from becoming any steeper than the existing entrance way; And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. ROAD 783 On this the 28th day of October, 1966 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of conveying to the State of Texas of 0.229 acres of land out of Survey 120, Walter Fosgate required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783, the said 0.229 acres being a portion of that 0.50 acre tract of land conveyed to Kerr County, Texas, by J. Wendell Rasmus and wife, Violet Rasmus, by deed dated October 24, 1966 and recorded on Vol. 126 Page 90 Kerr County Deed Records, and it appearing to the Court that the conveyance to the State of Texas of the said 0.229 acres designated as Farcel 30 B of the Right-of-Way is necessary and in keeping with the purpose for which Kerr County purchased the aforesaid 0.50 acre tract of land, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commis- sinner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County convey the aforesaid 0.229 acres of land to the State of Texas for Right-of-Way purposes and it is further order- i ed that the County Judge be and is hereby authorized to execute in the name of Kerr County ~~ the necessary Right-of-Way Deed as to the aforesaid 0.229 acres of land out of Survey 120, ~~ Walter Fosgate. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10340 TRANSFER OF $5,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND TO F.
