Schwethelm Roger Stone County Judge Commissioner Precinct 1 Commissioner Precinct 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: ORDER N0. 10341 OFFER `PO HILARY D. MAHIN AND ALLEDT HARGRAVE A4?D WIFE, RUE HARGRAVE, FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F. Ni. RUAD 783 On this the 4th day of November, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Hilary D. Makin, a single man, together with Allen Hargrave and wife, Rue Hargrave, as lienholders, for the conveyance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approv- ed by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Hilary D. Mahin the sum of X413.40 as compensation for land and damages for his conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.51y acres of land out of Survey 1862, together with the granting of one Channel Easement consisting of 0.170 acres out of Survey 1862; and in addition to the cash consideration offered, Kerr County will, prior to the construction of the new roadway, relocate the existing chain link yard fence along the new right-of-way line and if necessary extend it to intersect with the present fence on the north side of the yard and along the remainder oŁ the new right-of-way line Kerr County will construct a standard type livestock fence out of new materials and relocate the existing entrance gate at such location as may be acceptable to Hilary D. Mahin and the Texas Highway Department; and It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of X413.40 on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund, payable to Hilary D.
