CUUNTY OF KERR ~ BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 14th
day of November 1966 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., in the City of Kerrville, a Regular Term of the
Commissioners' Court, with the following members present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NG. 10342 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 14th day of November 1966, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since
tY~e last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Plos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 2, General,
Officers Salary, Jury, County Law Library and F. M. 1340 R/W Funds, as shown in the Minutes
of Accounts Allowed from page 1032 thru 1037 , Voucher Nos. 16484 thru 16714 , which
were made a part hereof and of this order.
PIotion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

PIO. 10343 .40P?THEY REPORTS OF CCUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR 'JOUNTY APPROVED
On this the 14th day of November 1966, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports o£ October of the County and Precinct Officers o£ Kerr County, Texas and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion. of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commis-
sinner I+Iosty, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and
filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

N0. 10344 GENERAL ELECTION RETURNS CAPIVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 14th day of November 1966, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the General Election held on November 8, 1966.
And the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the nineteen election
precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns, after
having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel
and unanimously approved by the Court that the retttrns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume
5, Pages 51 thru 64 inclusive, Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas, and as
certified thereto by each member of the Court, are in all respects approved.
