by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to
advertise for bids for two 196'7 Model 4-door Sedans for the Sheriff's Department.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A.M., December 12, 1966, at which times all bids
will be publicly opened and read.
Notices to be published November 16 and 23, A.D. 1966, in the official newspaper of
Kerr County, Texas.
The Commissioners' Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

N0. 1034'7 APPROVAL OF LEASE AMENDMENT OF I•'IOONEY AIRCRAFT SUBJECT TO RETENTION OF EASEMENT
Un this the 14th day of November 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the requested lease amendment
of Mooney Aircraft as previously approved by the City of Kerrville, Nov. 8, 1966, subject to
retention of a 60 ft. road easement to cross the north end of tract #3.
It is further ordered that the County Judge be authorized to execute the necessary
agreement.

On this the 14th day of November 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Treasurer
~-- be authorized to pay Flood Control Repair Warrants Nos. 49 thru 56, inclusive, plus X400.00
interest on all outstanding Warrants. Said Warrants to be paid November 15, 1966 out of the
Flood Control Maintenance Fund.

On this the 14th day of November, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of the acquisition of the interest of Ruth Burney Spivey, Mabel Burney Ransleben
and Bettie Burney Mosty in and to 0.303 acres of land out of Survey 63 required for the
~^^ reconstruction of FM Road 689 and it appearing to the Court that it would be in the best
interests of Kerr County to acquire directly their interest in and to the said 0.303 acres,
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Mosty, seconded by Commissioner Bartel that Kerr
County hereby offers to pay Rath Burney Spivey and husband, A. E. Spivey, Mabel Burney
