On this the 14th day of November 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the payment of claims of Election
Officials as per claims on file at X1.25 per hr. and the Presiding Judges X5.00 for bringing
in returns of Election, including the Absentee Box.

N0. 10346 ORDER 'PO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR TWO CARS FOR ST~RIFF'S DEPARTT~IENT
On this the 14th day of November 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to
advertise for bids for two 1967 Model 4-door Sedans for the Sheriff's Department.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A.M., December 12, 1966, at which times all bids
will be publicly opened and read.
Notices to be published November 1.6 and 23, A.D. 1966, in the official newspaper of
Kerr County, Texas.
The Commissioners' Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

D`;0. 10347 APPROVAL OF LEASE AMENDMENT OF I~TOONEY AIRCRAFT SUBJECT TO RETENTION OF EASEMENT
Un this the 14th day of November 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the requested lease amendment
of Mooney Aircraft as previously approved by the City of Kerrville, Nov. 8, 1966, subject to
retention of a 60 ft, road easement to cross the north end of tract #3.
Tt is further ordered that the County Judge be authorized to execute the necessary
agreement.

reconstruction of FM Road 689 and it appearing to the Court that it would be in the best
interests of Kerr County to acquire directly their interest in and to the said 0.303 acres,
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Mosty, seconded by Commissioner Bartel that Kerr
County hereby offers to pay Rath Burney Spivey and husband, A. E. Spivey, Mabel Burney
