'TRANSMISSION LINE POLE ON MEADOW VIEW ROAD
On this the 18th day of November, 1966 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the proposal of the Lower Colorado River Authority to relocate a transmission line pole
located within the Right-of-Way of tYie extension to Meadowview Lane now being constructed
by Kerr County to provide connecting access to the Tom F. Daniels Elementary School and it
appearing to the Court that the proposal to relocate the said pole for a flat fee of X200.00
is equitable and that it would be in the best interests of Kerr County to accept the offer-
ed proposal, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby accepts the
proposal to relocate the said pole for a flat fee of ~2U0.00 and it is further ordered that
the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Road and Bridge
Fund in the amount of X200.00 payable to the Lower Oolorado River Authority, the said
voucher to be delivered forthwith.

bids for two 1967 lsodel 4 Door Sedans for the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, as per
specifications on file in the County Clerk's Ufiice.
Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is
found that the bids of Ken Stoepel Ford, Inc., in the amount of :m2y47.50, which is the
total difference to be paid by the Sheriff's Departrxnt, between the two new units and the
two 1964 Model 4 Door Sedans, be accepted as the lowest and best bids.
Notion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.
