Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is found that the bids of Ker. Stoepel Ford, Inc., in the amount oi' y,2j47.50, which is the total difference to be paid by the Sheriff's Department, between the two new units and the two 1964 Model 4 Door Sedans, be accepted as the lowest and best bids.
