seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the claim of George
McKinnerney in the amount of a~885.00 for 700 cedar posts ~' y5¢ each and 110 posts ~ 562.00
each, and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher ir. the amiount of
56885.00, payable to George McKinnerney, payable out of the F/M 6B9 ,~2 R/W Fund.

On this the 12th day of December 1966, came on to be considered by the Court the sealed
bids for two 1y67 hodel 4 Door Sedans for the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, as per
specifications on file in the County Clerk's Uffice.
Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is
found that the bids of Ker. Stoepel Ford, Inc., in the amount oi' y,2j47.50, which is the
total difference to be paid by the Sheriff's Department, between the two new units and the
two 1964 Model 4 Door Sedans, be accepted as the lowest and best bids.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.
