Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is found that the bids of Ker. Stoepel Ford, Inc., in the amount oi' :y2y47.50, which is the total difference to be paid by the Sheriff's Department, between the two new units and the two 1964 Model 4 Door Sedans, be accepted as the lowest and best bids.
