and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay F. A. Karger,

to the State oŁ Texas of 0.054 acres of land out of Survey 63; and in addition to the fore-
going cash consideration, Kerr County will construct a new livestock fence along the right-
of-way conveyed, the said fence to be of the equivalent standard heretofore employed in
fencing F. l1. Road 689; and
It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
in the amount of :a25.C~0 on the F. M. 689 No. 2 ROlti' Fund, payable to F. A. Karger, Jr., and
Dorothy Karger, the said voucher to be delivered upon receipt of their duly executed Right-

it is ordered on motion by Corm~i:;sioner Schwet'rrelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and
unanimously approved by the Ccurt that Kerr County hereby offers to pay H. W. Bockhoff and
wife, Harriett Bockhoff, the sum of:x''6.20 for hand and damages for their cvnveyance to the
State of `Pexas of 0.381 acres of land out of Survey 62; and in addition to the foregoing
cash cor,sideratior_, Kerr Cvunty will construct a new livestock fence along t're right-of-way
conveyed and furnish one 12 foot metal gate, the said fence to be of the equivalent standard
