and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay F. A. Karger,
^ Jr., and wife Dorothy Karger, the sum of X25.00 for land and damages for their conveyance
to the State of Texas of 0.054 acres of land out of Survey 63; and in addition to the fore-
going cash consideration, Kerr County will construct a new livestock fence along the right-
of-way conveyed, the said fence to be of the equivalent standard heretofore employed in
fencing F. P•T. Road 68y; and
It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
in the amount of ;625.00 on the F. P".. 689 No. 2 ROW Fund, payable to F. A. Karger, Jr., and
Dorothy Karger, the said voucher to he delivered upon receipt of their duly executed Right-

	required for the reconstruction of F. P<i. Road 689; and after due consideration by the Court,
	it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and
	unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay H. W. Bockhoff and
	wife, Harriett Bockhoff, the sum of :V76.20 for land and damages for their conveyance to the
	State of `Texas of 0.381 acres of land out of Survey 62; and in additior. to the foregoing
	cash consider~~tior_, Kerr County will con>truct a new livestoek fence along the right-of-way
	conveyed and furnish one 12 foot metal gate, the said fence to be of the equivalent standard
	heretofore employed in fencing F. bt. Road 689; and.
