N0. 10374 OFFER TO CLEVELAND J. EDENS FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F. Tai. ROAD 689	
On this the 1=th day of December, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the	
Court the ~aatter of compensation to be offered Cleveland J. Edens for land required for the	
reconstruction of F. M. Road 689; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered	
on motion by Commissioner Mosty, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by	
the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to compensate Cleveland J. Edens for land and	
damages resulting from his conveyance to the State of Texas of C.466 acres of land out of	
Survey 101, J. E. Benner, in the following manner:	
1. Cleveland J. Edens wi1', receive a t>uitclaim Deed from the County Judge of Kerr	
County as to the former Camp Verde School tract, subject to previous right-of-way grants	
	
to the State of Texas, the said quitclaim Deed to be executed pursuant to authority hereto-	
fore granted by the Kerr County Board of School Trustees pursuant to the terms of Commis-	
sioners Court Order No. 10351.	
2. Kerr County will convey to Cleveland J. Edens by Warranty Deed 0.455 acres of land,
more or less, being that portion of that approxim<stely 4 acre tract of land conveyed to Kerr
County by E. H. Arntfield, et ux, by deed recorded in Vol. 125, Page 233, Kerr County Deed
Records, remaining after Kerr County's conveyance to the State of Texas of land required
for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 689.
3. Kerr County will construct a new livestock fence along the new right-of-way line
along the Cleveland J. Edens Tracts, the Former School Tract and the Tract conveyed by Kerr
County, and will provide one new 12 foot metal entrance gate if requested, and will relocate
the existing entrance gate, and
It is further ordered	tYLat the County Judge be authorized to execute Kerr	County's	
Warranty	Deed to Cleveland	J. Edens as to the residue of the former Arntfield	tract, the	
said deed	to be delivered	upon receipt oŁ the duly executed Right-oŁ-'way Deed	by Cleveland	
J. Edens	and wife, Jean Ed	ens.

Worth, Texas, as Lien Holder, for land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 689
at Camp Verde; and after due consideration by the Court, i.t is ordered on motion by Commis-
sioner Mosty, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that
Kerr County hereby offers to pay Bruce Mansfield, Frances Renee Mansfield, and Michael
David Keli.ey together ~~~itY: The Service Life Insurance Company as lienholder the sum of
~612.C0 for land and damages for the conveyance of 3.060 acres of land out of Survey 101,
