Road 689; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Mosty, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to compensate Cleveland J. Edens for land and damages resulting from his conveyance to the State of Texas of C.466 acres of land out of Survey 101, J. E. Benner, in the following manner: 1. Cleveland J.
