Edens for land and damages resulting from his ecnveyance tc the State of Texas of 0.466 acres of land out of Survey 101, J. E. Benner, in the following manner: 1. Cleveland J. Edens will. receive a Quitclaim Deed from the County Judge of Kerr County as to the former Camp Verde School tract, subject to previous right-of-way grants to tY;e State of Texas, the said Qui.tclai!n Deed to be executed pursuant to authority hereto- fore granted by the Kerr County Board of School Trustees pursuant to the terms of Commis- sioners Court Urder No. 10351. 2.
