Kerr County will construct a new livestock fence along the east right-of-way line of Parcel
.-. 210. 22, which fence will consist of posts set 25 feet apart with 3 heart cedar stays between
and 832-12-12 1/2 net wire topped by 3 barb wires; and,
It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
on the F. P4. 689 No. 2 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of .612.00, payable to Bruce
Mansfield, Frances Renee Mansfield, Michael David Kelly and The Service Life Insurance
Company, the said voucher to be de7.ivered upon receipt of the duly executed Right-of-Way
Deed and Partial Release of Vender's Lien and Deed of Trust.
