It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
cn the F. M. 689 TFo. 2 Right-of-Way Fund i.n the amount of :612.00, payable to Bruce
Mansfield, Frances Renee Mansfield, Michael David Kelly and The Service Life Insurance
Company, the said voucher to be delivered upon receipt of the duly executed Right-of-Way
Deed and Partial Release of Vender's Lien and Decd of Trust.
