damage should be paid, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sicner Mosty and unanimously aI!_rroved by the Court that Order No. 10374 as entered on the
12th day o° December, 1966, be amended so that in addition to the compensation therein
cffered, Kerr County will pay b200.00 for damages result-ing from the destruction of the
