Court the necessity of amending Order Na. 10,374, entered on the 12th day of December, 19
and 1t appearing to the Court that the oonveyence to the State of Texas of the required
right of way will destroy the owners water well and that additional compensation for thls
damage should be paid, it ie ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sioner Mosty and unanimously approved by the Court that Order No. 10374 as entered on the
12th day of Deoember, 1966, be amended ao that in addition to the oompensation therein
offered, Kerr County will pay $200.00 for damages resulting from the deet tact ion of the
owners water well{ and
