Kerrville, Tezae, oP a portion of the .Louis 3ahreiner Airfield, Berrville Municipal Airpor ,
'Kerr County, Taxae, dated January 10, 1963, by amending Paragraph Number 2 thereof by re-
deecribing the property description of the two tracts previously leased to said Mooney /~ir-
craft, Inc. to comply with the re quirementa of the Federal Aviation Agency by eatabliehing
the boundary line 300 feet from the center line of the NE-SW runway end 500 feet from the
center line of the AW-SE runway of said airport, and by leasing additional land to ea id
,Mooney Airareft, Inc., reserving, however, therefrom an easement, 60 feet in width along the

'North aide, for roadway purposes, and by amending Paragraph Number 4 thereof by providing
that the term of said lease shall be for a period of forty (40) years commencing Jenua r~ 1,
1967; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Kerrville hee authority generally to pe se this ordinance and in
particular is authorized by the Municipal Airpo rte Act (Art idea 46d-1 to 46d-22 V.T.C.S.)
to melee such a lease agreement; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper that the City Council of the City of Kerrville,
Texas, execute such lease amendment emending said lease agreement dated January 10, 1963,
end do such other things inoident thereto; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KERRVILLE, KERN COUNTY, TEKAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Kerrville, Teaae, ie hereby aubhori zed to enter into en
agreement of Lease Amendment with Mooney Aircraft, Inc. whereby that certain lease from the
City of Kerrville, Texas, to Mooney Aircraft, Inc. of a portion of the Louie Schreiner Air-
field, Kerrville Municlpal Airport, Kerr County, Teza s, dated January 10, 1963, is amended
to redeecribe oe rt sin two of the tracts previously leaned to said Mooney Aircraft, Inc. so
as to comply with the requirements of the Federal Aviation Agency; to lease an additional
tract of land to Mooney Aircraft, Inc., reserving therefrom, however, an easement, 60 feet
in width along the North aide thereof, for roadway purposes, and to establish a new term
applicable to said lease for forty (40) years commencing January 1, 1967, all ae more fully
described hereinafter in Seotion 2 hereof, sub~eot, however, to the re et rictiona referred
to in Seotion 3 hereof.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Kerrville ie authorized to eaeoute and the City
Clerk is authorized and directed to ette at and affix the corporate seal of the "City of
Kerrville, Texas" upon the agreement of Leese Amendment to be of euhetantially the league
and tenor net forth in the copy of said Lease Amendment attached hereto and made a pax•t
hereof ae though copied herein at length word for word, such agreement of Lease Amendment
having been submitted to the City Council of the City oY Kerrville, end the same having
been read, studied and understood and approved by the members of such Council.
SECTION 3. That the lease and the amendment thereto herein described are hereby
apeoifioally made eub~eot to the reservations, re at ri etions end conditlone placed upon tk
Louie Schreiner Field, Municipal Airport, Kerrville, Texas, by that certain agreement;
between the City of Kerrville, Texas, and the United States of pmeri aa, ell as is more
fully set forth 1n said agreement dated the 22nd day of April, 1948, and recorded in
Yo lama 84, page 137, of the Deed Hecorda of Kerr County, Texas, to which inat rument sad
its record reference is here made for all purposes.
SECTION 4. That any and all other necessary and related inatrumenta or documents
inoident to the carrying out of the purpose of this ordinance shall be signed by the Mayo
and attested by the City Clerk, and the corporate seal of the "City of Kerrville, Texee"
shall be impressed upon each of such inat rument e, and, further, the Mayor, the officers
and employees of the City of Kerrville shall be, and they are hereby, nut horized and
directed to do ell things necessary and proper to carry out the to rms and purposes of this
ordi;anoe. '-

separate days and dispensing with all other ordinances and rules requiring more than one
