^ of W. H. `dright, Deceased, together with Warren H. Wright, Treva Turley, Sheri Le Wright
and Ryana Ruth 69right, the four surviving children of W. H. Wright, Deceased, the sum of
X1,500.00 for land and damages for their conve~rance to the State of Texas of 1.228 acres
of land out of Survey 101, J. E'. Bettner; and in addition to the foregoing cash considera-
tion, Kerr County will relocate the existing entrance gate on the ne~,a right-of-way line
and construct a new livestock fence along said line, the fence to consist of ::cart cedar

barb wires; and
