On this the 3Jth day of December, 1906, came on to be heard and cor.:;idered by the
court the proposal of J. YJ. Young, Jr., and wife, Louise Flack Young, to convey 1.480 acres
of land to the State of Texas ar.d to grant a channel easement comprising 0.30 acres,
which band and channel. easement are required for the reconstruction of F. TAT. Road 68~, their
proposal bong to mace tYae necessary conveyances in exchange for an agreement betweer. triem-
selves, Kerr County and the Texas FTig=sway Department whereby the State of Texas proposes
to convey ^.410 acres of land out of Survey i0i, J. E. Benner, to the said J. W. Young, Jr.,
and Louise Flack Young after the reconstructior, of F. M. Hoad 689; and it appearing to the
Court that the said 2.410 acres of land will be surplus to the needs oŁ both Kerr County
and the Texas High~saay Department and will no longer be required for use as a public road
and that such land abuts the land presently owned by the said J. 'd. Young, Jr., and Louise
Flack Young, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel., seconded by Commissioner
Schwethelm, and unanimously approved by the court that Kerr County accept the aforesaid
proposa'_ and that Kerr Count;/ proceed to enter into the necessary three party contract to
im;;lement the aforesaid proposal; sand it is further ordered that prior to the construction
of t'r.e new roadw:~y, Kerr County wily erect n ;,t:zndard type livestock fence alone the line
of the two parcels of r:~'rrt-of-wa ecnveyed to the State of 'Texas by the said J. W. Young,
