M. Road 689; and after due conaideratlon by the court, it is ordered on motion by Commisei oner Sohwethelm, seconded by Commieel oner Mo sty, and unanimously approved by the court that Kerr County hereby of Łe re to pay Cley McHryde and wife, Sylvia McHryde, the sum of 178.45 for lend and damages for their oonveyence to the State of Texas of 0.523 sores of land out of Survey 547; And it is Further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. ROAD 689 IN EXCHANGE FOR CONVEYANCE OF SURPLUS RZGHT-OF-WAY On thin the 30th day oŁ December, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the court the proposal of J. W. Young, Jr., and wife, Louise Flack Young, to convey 1.480 acre of land to the State of Texas and to grant a channel easement comprising 0.230 acres, ~~ which land and channel easement are required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 689, the proposal being to make the neceesa ry conveyancee in exohange Eor an agreement between them selves, Kerr County and the Texas Highway Department whereby the State of Tessa pro pones I to convey 2.410 acres of land out of Survey 101, J. S. Bettne r, to the said J. W. Young, J ., and Louise Flack Young after the reconstruction of F. M. Road 689; sad it appearing to the Court that the said 2.410 saran of land will be surplus to the needs of both Kerr County ~', and the Texea Highway Department and will no longer be required for use ae a public road and that each land abuts the lend presently owned by the said J. W.
