ROAD 689 IN EXCHANGE FOR CONVEYANCE OF SURPLUS RIGHT-OF-WAY On this the 30th day of December, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the court the proposal of J. W. Young, Jr., and wife, Louise Flask Young, to convey 1.480 acre of land to the State oŁ Texas and to grant a channel easement comprising 0.230 scree, which land and channel easement are required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 689, the proposal being to make the necessary conveyances in exohange For an agreement between them ', aelvee, Kerr County and the Texas Highway Department whereby the State oŁ Texas proposes j to convey 2.410 acres of lend out of Survey 101, J. B. Bettne r, to the said J. W. Young, J ., and Louise Fleck Young after the reconstruction of P. M. Road 689; and it appearing to the ' Court that the said 2.410 acres of land will be surplus to the needs of both Kerr County II and the Texas Highway Department and will no longer be required for use ae a public road end that such land abuts the land presently owned by the said J. W.
