Offer to Hilary D. Makin and Allen Hargrave and Wife,
Rue Hargrave, for Right-of-Way fox F. M. Road 783
On this the 4th day of November, 1966, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Hilary D. Makin,
a single rnan, together with Allen Hargrave and wife, Rue Hargrave, as lien-
holders, for the conveyance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M.

y County Fill, priox'to the construction of the new roadway, relocate the exist-

ing~;chain link°yard fence along the new right-of-way line and if necessary ex-
tend it to intersect with the present fence on the north side of the yard and
along the remainder of the new rightof-way line Kerr County will construct a
standard type livestock fence out of new materials and relocate the existing
entrance gate at such location as may be acceptable to Hilary D. Makin and
the Texas Highway Department; and
It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher in the amount of $413,40 on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund, pay-
able to Hilary D, Makin, Allen Hargrave and Rue Hargrave, to be delivered on
receipt of the duly executed Right-of-Way Deed and Channel Easement, together
with a Partial Release of the Vendor"s Lien and Deed of Trust insofar as ap-
plicable to the Lands concerned,
