Offer to Bernice Bumpus Stone and Husband, Jimmie
M, Stone, for Right-of-Way for F. M. Road 783
On this the 28th day of October, 19u6, came on to be heard and
considered by the Gourt the matter of compensation to be paid Bernice
Bumpus Stone and husband, Jimmie M. Stone, for the conveyance of land
required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783, and after Sue considera-
tion,by the Court, it is ordered on n-.ration hJ Commissiouer !t'~-~,~_, ,
s~cdnded by Commissioner j~~~-y and unanimously approved
b~ the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Bernice Bumpus Stone
a:nd; husband, Jimmie M, Stone, the sum of $1, 000. 00 for land and damages
fpr`their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.402 acres of land out of
:Survey 120, Walter Fosgate, and in addition to the foregoing cash considera-
. tbn, Kerr County will, prior to the construction of the new roadway, re-
locate the existing entrance gates at an acceptable location and make any
necessary adjustments on the existing driveway and further, Kerr Gounty
~.vill construct a new fence along the new right-of-way line which fence shall
fence between the Stone and .Clighto~.ver properties;
be at least as high as the existing/li}m}~~agxc}as$as~ft_~ and it
is further ordered that tiie Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw
a voucher ou the F, M, "783 ROW Fund in the amount of $l, 000, 00 payable
to Bernice Bumpus Stone to be delivered on receipt of the properly executed
Right-of-Way Deed.
