Offer to James C. Evertson and Wife, Lois Evertson,
for Right-of-Way for F. M. Road 783

On this the ;~ > day of October, 1966, came on to be heard and con-
sidered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid James G. Evert-
son and wife, Lois Evertson, for land and damages for the conveyance of
land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due con-
side ration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner

acid unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to
~a~ James C. Evertson and wife, Lois Evertson, the sum of $400. 00 for
their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0. 570 acres of land out of Survey
17A; and in addition to the foregoing cash compensation, Kerr County will
construct a standard type livestock fence out of new materials along the
right-of-way conveyed from the present entrance lane northward, and if
required, do any work necessary on the present entrance roadway outside
of the State Right-of-Way line that may be necessary to keep the new
entrance way from becoming any steeper than the existing entrance way;
and
It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of $400.00
payable to James C. Evertson and Lois Evertson, to be delivered on re-
ceipt of the duly executed Right-of-Way Deed.
