Offer to Rosa Lea Meek and Husband, Carl D, Meek,
for Right-of-Way for r. M. Road 783
On this the 12th day of September, 1955, came on to be heard and consider-
ed by tine Court the matter of compensation to be paid Rosa Lea Meetc and
husband, Carl D. Meek, for the conveyance of land required for the reloca-
tion of ~ . M, Road 783,; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordex-
ed on motio~i by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner
Mosty, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby
offers to pay the said Rosa Lea Meek and Carl D. Meek the sum of $280. 80
as compensation for land and damages for tlxeir conveyance to the State of
Texas of 0. 702 acres of land out of Survey 1852.
And it is further ordered that the Glerk and the Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the F, M. 783 ROW Fund in the arnoant of $280.80
payable to Rosa Lea Nieek, tlxe said voucher to be delivered on receipt of
the duly executed Right-of-Way Deed.
