Offer to Tom J. Moore for Right-of-Way for F. M.
Road 783
On this the 10tH day of October, 1965, came on to be heard and con-
side red by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Tom J. Moore
for land and damages for the conveyance of land required for the reconstruc-
tiou of F. M. Road 783; and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion
by Commissioner ~ - seconded by Commissioner
~! ~ ~.. ''~ and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr
Caul~ty hereby offers to pay Tom J. Moore the sum of $2, 000. 00 for his con-
weyance to the State of Texas of 1.457 acres of land out of Survey 120; and
in addition to the foregoing cash compensation, Kerr County will, if necessary,
reconstruct and resurface the existing entrance roadway from the poiiat of its
lute r.section with the new right-of-way line, or in the alternative and at its

election, relocate the said entrance roadway at a point acceptable to Toin J.
Moore and the Texas Highway Department; and
It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to
draw a voucher on the '. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of $2, 000. 00 pay-
able to Tom J. Moore to be delivered on receipt of the duly executed Right-
of-Way Deed.
