Offer to L. B, Hough, Jr. , and Wife, Ramona Hough,
for Right-of-Way for F, M. Road 783
On this the 10th day of October, 196b, came on to be heard and con-
sidered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid L. B. Hough, Jr. ,
and wife, Ramona Hough, for the conveyance of land required for the recon-
struction of F. M, Road 783; and after due consideration by the Court, it is
prdered on motion by Commissioner ~_ ,. •- seconded
by C6minissioner
and unanimously approved by
the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay L. B. Hough, Jr. , and wife,
Ramona`Hough, the sum of $1, 002. 50 as compensation for their conveyance
tp the.State of Texas of 2, 005 acres of land out of Survey 1862; and in addi-
tiOn $m the cash compensation offered, Kerr County will, prior to the con-
structioi7 of the new roadway, construct a standard type livestock fence
' clang the line of the right-of-way conveyed and in addition will install a 12
foot cattle guard and 12 foot metal entrance gate winged back to an acceptable
point in the existing entrance roadway; and
It is further ordered that tlxe Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on tlxe F. M. 783 ROW rand in the amount of $1, 002. 50
payable to L. B. Hough, Jr, , and Ramona Hough, the said voucher to be
delivered on receipt of the duly executed Right-of-Way Deed.
