Road 783 On this the 10th day of October, 1966, came on to be heard and con- sidered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid G V, Berry- man and wife, Mary Berryman, for the conveyance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due consideration by the Court, it i5 ordered on motion by Commissioner ~- ..~ , seconded by Commissioner _, __ and unanimously ap- proved'b"y the Court that Kerr County hereby affers to pay C. V. Berryman and wife; Mary Berryman, the sum of $229. 60 for their conveyance to the State of `I'ex$s of 0. 13"1 acres of land out of Survey 627, together with the Y',granting,of a.channel easement comprising 0.437 acres out of Survey 627; and''in addition to the cash compensation offered, Kerr County will, prior to the cbnst3~uction of the new roadway, construct a standard type livestock fence along the east line of Parcel 18 and, upon request and after construc- tion of the new roadway along the west line of Parcel 15; and It is further ordered that the Glerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of $229. 60 payable to C.
