Kott and wife, Patricia Ann Kott, together with Chester K. Standish and wife, Drucy W, Standish, as lienholders, for the conveyance of land required for 'die .reconstruction of F. M. Kott end wife, Patricia Ann Kott, the sum of $450.00 as compensation for land and damages fmr their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.477 acres of ;land out of purvey 627, together with their granting of two channel easements aggegat$aig 0.627 acres out of Survey 627; and in addition to the cash com- pensation offered, Kerr County will, prior to construction of the new road- way, construct a standard type livestock fence along the west side of Parcel 16 from the existing entrance roadway south and it is farther ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund payable to Melvin H. Kott, Patricia Ann Kott, Chester K. Standish and Drucy W, Standish, the said voucher to be delivered on receipt of the duly executed Right-of-Way Deed and Ghennel Easement, together with a Partial Release as to the liens outstanding against the lands conveyed.
