Offer to Gladys Eleanor Daniel and Hill Country Federal
Savings and Loan Association, Inc., for Right-of-Way
for F. M. Road 783
On this the 30th day of September, 1966, came on to be heard and consider-
ed by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Gladys Eleanor Daniel,
individually and as surviving widow of Glen W. Daniel, deceased, together
with Hill Country Federal Savings and Loan Association, Inc. , as lienholder,
for the conveyance of land required for reconstruction of F. M. Road 783;
and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commis-
sioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, and unanimously ap-
proved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Gladys Eleanor
Daniel, individually and as surviving widow of Glen W. Daniel, Deceased,
the sum of $750. 00 as compensation for land and damages for her convey-
ance to the State of Texas of 0.420 acres of land out of Surveys 548 and 1862,
together with her granting of two channel easements aggregating 0. 263 acres
out of the same surveys; and in addition to the cash compensation offered,
Kerr Gounty will, prior to construction of the new roadway, construct a
St~xdard type livestock fence on the east line of the right-of-way conveyed,
the said fence to include 39 inch net wire topped by one barb or smooth
cab~e'~wire; and
It is further agreed that in constructing said fence, Kerr County will remove
only the minimum amount of brush along the east side of the new fence that
is necessary to permit fence construction; and
Ft is further ordered that the Clerk and fhe Treasurer be authorized to draw
a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of $750, 00 payable to
Gladys Eleanor Daniel and Hill Country Federal Savings and Loan Associa-
tion, Inc., the said voucher to be delivered on receipt of the duly executed
Rights-of-way Deed and Channel Easement together with a Partial Release
as to the liens outstanding against the lands conveyed.
