Offerto W. G. Powell and wife, Louise Powell, and
Hill Country Federal Savings and Loan Association, Inc. ,
for Right-of-Way for F. M. Road 783
On this the 30th day of September, 1966, came on to be heard and consider-
ed by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered W. G. Powell and
wife, Louise Powell, together with Hill Country Federal Savings and Loan
Association, Inc., as lienholder for the conveyance of land required for the
relocation of F, M, Road 783; and after due consideration by the Court,
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commission-
er Mosty and unanimously approved by tine Court that Kerr County hereby
o:#ers to pray VV. G. Powell and wife, Louise Powell, together with Hill
Country Federal Savings and Loan Association, Inc., as lienholder, the
sum of $1„500.00 as compensation for land and damages for their convey-
ance to the State of Texas of 1.022 acres of land out of Surveys 598 and
1862, and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County will,
prior to the construction of the new roadway, erect a standard type livestock
fence out of new materials along the right-of-way conveyed and provide a 12
foot metal entrance gate on the east right-of-way line of the new roadway,
and Kerr County will also lay aone-inch plastic water line from the existing
water supply system to a point across the new roadway.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to
draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of $1, 500. 00 pay-
able to W. G. Powell, Louise Powell and Hill Country Federal Savings and
Loan Association, Inc. , the said voucher to be delivered on receipt of the
duly executed Rigiit-of-Way Deed and Partial Release executed by the Lien-
holclei.
