Offer to Sylvia Rees McBryde and Husband, R. Clay
McBryde, for Right-of-Way for l~'. M. Road 783
On this the 23rd day of Septembez, 19i~5, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid
Sylvia Rees McBryde and husband, R. Clay McBryde, for the con-
veyance of land required for the relocation of F, M. Koad 783; and
after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Stone, seconded by %ommissioner Schwethelm, and
unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers
to pay the said Sylvia Rees McBryde and husband, R. Clay McBryde,
the sum of $300.40 as compensation for land and damages for their
conveyance to the State of Texas of 0. 751 acres of land out of Sur-
vey 11:62.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher on the > M. 783 ROW fund in the
amount of $300. SO payable to Sylvia Rees McBryde, the said
voucher to be delivered on receipt of the duly executed Right-of-
J/ay Deed,
