Offer to Richard Grona and Wife, Pat Grona, for Right-
of-Way for P', M. Road 733
On this the 23rd day of September, 1966, came on to be heard
and considered 'uy the Court the matter of coiY~pensation to be
offered Richard Grona and wife, Pat Grona, for the conveyance
of land required for the reconstruction of ^ . M, Road 783; and
- after Sue consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm,
and unanimously approved by the Court that Herr County hereby
offexsto pay Richard Grona and wife, Pat Grona, the sum of
$4'7, ZO as compensation for land and damages for their convey-
- ance to the State of Texas of 0, 037 acres of land out of Survey
1861, it Ueing agreed that the sum of $4'7, 20 shall be paid to the
Tax Collector of Kerr County in satisfaction of delinquent State
- and County Taxes owing against the tract of land out of which
the right-of-way is to be conveyed;
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher on the F'. M. '%83 ROyJ Fund in
the amount of $47, 10 payable to Suanita Reeves, Tax Collector
of Kerr County, upon delivery of the duly executed Right-of-
'vVay Deeci and Partial Release of Vendor's Lien and Deed of
Trust by the holder of the existing lien against the lands conveyed.
