Offer to B. D. Powell for Right-of-Way for
E'. Ni, Road 783
On this tae 12th day of September, 1966 came on to be considered
by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered B. D. Powell
for the conveyance of land and granting of a channel easement re-
quired for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; a~zd after due con-
sideration by the Gourt, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously
approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the
said B, D. Powell the sun-i of $1C}0. 00 as compensation for land
and damages for his conveyance to the State of Texas of 0. 124 acres
of land out of Survey 1862 and the granting of one channel easement
comprising 4.24b acres.
And it is further ordered that the Clerte aexd Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the F, Ni, 783 ROW Fund in the amount of
$100. 00 payable to B, D. Powell, the said voucher to be delivered on
receipt of his duly executed Right-of-Way Deed and Channel Ease-
ment,
