On this the 2nd day of September, 19t~b, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Berta Lee
McShan for the conveyance of land and the granting of a channel easement
required for the relocation of F, M, Road 733 and after due consideration
by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner 1105ty >
§2~oru~erl by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved
~rthe Court that Kerr County~ereby offers to pay the said Berta Lee McShan

- ing compensation, Kerr Comity will, prior to construction of the new road-
way, construct a standard +tyy' e livestock fence out of new materials along
the lines of the right-of-way conveyed, except immediately in front of the
residence located on the remaining lands, and it is farther ordered that the
Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F, M. 7S3
R, O, W, Fund in the amount of $1750. 00 payable to Berta Lee
McShan, the said voucher to be delivered on receipt of her duly executed
Right-of-Way Deed and Channel Easement.
