Offer to E. C. Hubble, Individually and as Trustee,
for Land and Damages for Right-of-Way for F. M.
Road 689
On this the 30th day of December, 1966, came on to be heard and con-
sidered by the court the matter of compensation to be paid E, C. Hubble, Indi-
vidually and as Trustee for 10.245 acres of land out of Surveys 61, 109 and 547,
together with 4 channel easements comprising 0.622 acres out of Survey 547,
w.lach land and channel easements are required for the reconstruction of F. M,
Road 689; and after due consideration by the court, it is ordered on motion by

proved by the court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay E. C. Hubble,. In- ~

dividually and as Trustee, the sum of $4, 000.00 for land and damages for his

y conveyance to the State of Texas of 10. 245 acres of land out of Surveys 61, 109 r

and 547, together with his granting of 4 channel easements comprising 0.622 ;,~
acres out of Survey 547; and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration,
Kerr County will construct new fencing along the lines of the right-of-way con-
veyed as follows;
1. Along approximately 9, 550 feet of right-of-way, Kerr County
will construct a standard type livestock fence consisting of
pressure treated creosoted pine posts with 5 to 6 inch tops
set 25 Feet apart with 3 heart cedar stays between and 832-
12-12 1/2 net wire and 3 barb wires,
2. Along approximately 1, 470 feet of right-of-way now fenced
deer proof, Kerr County will erect similar fencing with pres-
sure treated creosoted pine posts with 5 to 6 inch tops set 30
feet apart and 4 heart cedar stays between with two courses
of 939-12-12 1/2 net wire topped by one smooth cable wire.
3, Two existing wire entrance gates on the west side of the
'present roadway will be relocated on the new right-of-way
line as will the existing cattle guard and entrance on the
'roadway to the Hubble residence and the existing nearby
wooden entrance gate will be replaced with a new metal en-
trance gate of similar height.
It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to
draw a voucher on the F, M. 689 No, 2 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of
$4, 000.00 payable to E. C. Hubble, Individually and E. C. Hubble, Trustee,
the said voucher to be delivered upon receipt of the duly executed Right-of-Way
Deed and Channel Easement executed by E. G. Hubble, Individually and as
Trustee.
