Order Amending Order No. 10, 374, Offer to Cleve-
land J. Edens for Right-of-'JJay for F. M. Road 689
On this the 14th day of December, 1966, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the necessity of amending Order No. 10, 374,
entered on the 12th day of December, 1966; and it appearing to the Court
that the conveyance to the State of Texas of the required right of way will
destroy the owners water well and that additional compensation for this
damage should be paid, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone,
seconded by Commissioner Mosty and unanimously approved by the Court
that Order No, 10, 374 as entered on the 12th day of December, 1966, be
amended so that in addition to the compensation therein offered, Kerr
County will pay $200. 00 for damages resulting from the destruction of
the owners water well; and
It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the F. M, 689 No. 2 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount
of $200, 00 payable to Cleveland J. Edens and Jean Edens, the said voucher
to be delivered upon receipt of their duly executed Right-of-Way Deed,
