Order No. 10, 375 Offer to Bruce Mansfield and Wife, Frances ReneeMans- field, Michael David Kelley and The Service Life Insur- ance Company for Right-of-Way for F. M. Road 689 On this the 12th day of December, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Bruce Mans- field and wife, Frances Renee Mansfield, and Michael David Kelley, together with The Service Life insurance Company of Fort Worth, Texas, as Lien Holder, for land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 689 at Camp Verde; and after due consideration by the Gourt, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Mosty, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Bruce Mansfield, Frances Renee Mansfield, and Michael David Kelley together with The Service Life insurance Company as lienholder the sum of $612. 00 for land and damages for the conveyance of 3. 060 acres of land out of Survey 101, together with the execution of a Partial Release of Vendor's Lien and Deed of Trust by the Lienholder as to the lands conveyed; and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County will construct a new livestock fence along the east right-of-way line of Parcel No. 22, which fence will consist of posts set 25 feet apart with 3 heart cedar stays between and 832-12-12 1/2 net wire topped by 3 barb wires; and, It is further ordered that the Glerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F.
