Offer to Cleveland J, Edens for Right-of-Way for
F. M. Road `089
On this the 12th day of December, 1966, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered Cleveland
J. Edens for land required for the reconstruction of F'. M. Road 689; and
after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commis-
sioner Y' seconded by Commissioner i
and unarirnously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to
compensate Cleveland J. Edens fox° land and damages resulting from his con-
veyance to the State of Texas of 0.466 acres of land out of Survey 101, J. E.
Bettner, in the following manner:
1, Cleveland J, Edens will receive a Cduitclairn Deed from the
County Judge of Kerr County as to the former Camp Verde
School tract, subject to previous right-of-way grants to the
State of Texas, the said C2uitclaim Deed to be executed pur-
suant to authority hex°etofore granted by the Kerr County
Board of School Trustees pursuant to the terms of Gommis-
siouers Court. Order No. 10,351.
2, Kerr County will convey to Cleveland 3. Edens by Warranty
Deed 0.455 acres of land, more or less, being that portion
of that approximately 4 acre tract of land conveyed to Kerr
County by E. H. Arntfield, et ux, by deed recorded in Vol.
].25, Page 233, Kerr County Deed Records, remaining after
Kerr County's conveyance to the State of Texas of land re-
quired for the reconstruction of F. M. Road ti89•
3. i{err County ~vill ceustx°uct a new livestock fence along the
new right-of-way line along the Cleveland J. Edens Tracts,
the former School Tract and the Tract conveyed by Kerr
County, and will provide one new 12 foot metal entrance
gate if requested, and will relocate the existing entrance
gate, .and
It is further ordered that the County Judge be authorized to exe-
cute Kerr County's Warranty Deed to Cleveland J. Edens as to the residue
of the former Arntfield tract, the said deed to be delivered upon receipt of
the duly executed Right-of-Way Deed by Cleveland J. Edens and wife, Jean
Edens.
