Offer to H. W. Bockhoff and Wife, Harriett Bockhoff,
for Right-of-Way for F. M. Road 689
On this the 12th day of December, 1966, came on to be heard
and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid
H. W. Bockhoff and wife, Harriett Bockhoff, for land required for
the reconstruction of F. M, Road 689; and after due consideration
by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner ~ ~;..,..^,r%,
seconded by Commissioner ~ --»., and unanimously ap-
proved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay H. W.
i Bockhoff and wife, Harriett Bockhoff, the sum of $76. 20 for land
and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.381 acres
-of land out of Survey 52; and in addition to the foregoing cash con-
sideration, Kerr County will canstruct a new livestock fence along
the -right-of-way conveyed and furnish one 12 foot metal gate, the
said fence to be of the equivalent standard heretofore employed in
fencing F. M. Road 689; and
It is further ordered that the Clerk and tixe Treasurer be au-

thorized to draw a voucher~on the F. M. 689 No. 2 ROW Fund pay-
able to H. W. Bockhoff and Harriett Bockhoff, the sa.d voucher to
be delivered upon receipt of their duly executed Right-of-Way Deed,
