Offer to F, A. Karger, Jr., and Wife, Dorothy
Karger, for Right-of-Way for F. M, Road 689
On this the 12th day of December, 1966, came on to be heard
and considered by the Court the matter of cornpensaticn to be paid F.
A, Karger, Jr, , and c/ife, Dorothy Karger, for land required for the
reconstruction of F. M, Road 689; and after due consideration by the
Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner <~,_~_ ,

seconded by Commissioner _ '~ and unanimously
approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay F, A.
Karger, Jr, , and wife Dorothy Karger, the sum of $25, 00 for land
and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.054 acres
6f land out of Survey 63; and in addition to the foregoing cash considera-
tion, Kerr County will construct a ;aew livestock fence along the right-
of-way conveyed, the said fence to be of the equivalent standard here-
tofcre eiripioyed in fencing F. M. Road 689> and

F, A, Karger, Jr„ and Dorothy Karger, the said voucher to be deliver-
