for Land for Right-of-Way for r'. M. Road 689 at
Camp Verde
On this the 18th day of August, 1966, came on to be heard and consider-
ed by the Court the matter of acquisition for right-of-way purposes for F. M,
Road 689 at Camp Verde a certain 4 acre tract of land out of Survey 101, J, E.
Bettner owned by E, H. Arntfield aild wife, Emogene Arntfield, which tract of

p4oy,~d by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said E. H. Arnt-
field and wife, Emogene Arntfield, together with the Chas. Schreiner Bank as
Lienholder the sum of $ 5, 000. 00 consideration for the conveyance to
Kerr County by the said E. H, and Emogene Arntfield of the aforementioned 4
acre tract, and for the further consideration tizat the said Ghas. Schreiner Bank
execute a release as to the Vendor's Lien now held and further secured by that
certain Deed of Trust as is of record in Vol. 88, Page 275 of the Kerr County
Deed of Trust Records; provided, however, that title to all existing improvements
on the lands	conveyed	shall be retained by the said E.	H. and Emogene	Arntfield,
provided the	same be	removed from the premises by	November 15	1966,
and that said Grantees may, at their election, continue to occupy the said premises
until such date, and it is further ordered that upon the delivery of a Warranty Deed
executed by the said E. H. and Emogene Arntfield to Kerr County, Texas, and upon
the concurrence of the said Chas. Schreiner Bank herein, the Clerk and the
Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 689 No. Z Right-of-Way
Fund payable to E. H. Arntfield, Emogene Arntfield and Chas. Schreiner Bank in
the amount of $ 5, 000.00
in payment for the land conveyed and in satisfac-
tion of the Vendor's Lien outstanding,
