ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO LOLdER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY
TO RELOCATE TRANSMISSION LINE POLE ON MEADOWVIEW ROAD
On this the 18th day of November, 1966 came on to be heard
and considered by the Court the proposal of the Lower Colorado
River Authority to relocate a transmission line pole located
within the Right of Way of the extension to Pleadowview Lane
now being constructed by Kerr County to provide connecting
access to the Tom F. Daniels Elementary School and it appearing
to the Court that the proposal to relocate the said pole for
a flat fee cf $200,00 is equitable and that it would be in
the best interests of Kerr County to accept the offered proposal,
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court
that Kerr County hereby accepts the proposal to relocate the
said pole for a flat fee of $200 00 and it is further ordered
that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
on the General Road and Bridge Fiend in the amount of $200.00
payable to the Lower Colorado River Authority, the said voucher
to be delivered forthwith.
