Offer to Felix F. Klein and Wife, Neva Mein for
Right-of-Way for F. M. Road 1340
On this the 10th day of October, 1966, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Felix F.
Klein and wife, Neva I{lein,for the conveyance of Land required for the ex-
tension of F. M. Road 1340; and after due consideration by the Court, it is

-"th~„Goivrt that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Felix F, Klein and wife,
'~IVev'a Klein, the sum of $600. 00 for laud, damages and severance damages
~br their conveyance to the State of Texas of 5. 594 acres of land out of Sur-

veys~--716 and 1439, and in addition to the cash compensation offered, Kerr
C<ou~ty, ~i11, prior to the construction of the new roadway, construct a
~~,tanc~ard~ type livestock fence, including 39 inch net wire topped by one
smooth dable wire, along the east side of the right-of-way conveyed; and
It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the F. M. 1340 ROW Fund in the amount of $600. 00,
payable to Felix F. Klein and Neva Klein, the said voucher to be delivered
on receipt of the duly executed Right-of-Way Deed.
