On this the 1st day of January 1967, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the application of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer, for authority to deputize Agnes
MacDonald as Deputy to the County Treasurer. It appearing to the Court that a need exists
for said Deputy and that her application should be approved.
' Motion was made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimous-
'. ly approved by the Court that Agnes MacDonald be appointed Deputy to the County Treasurer
from January 1, 1967 and continue in force until revoked or of herwiae be terminated.

On this the 1st day of January 1967, came on to be considered by the Court the applica~
tion oŁ Ed Hones, Diat ri et Clerk, for authority to deputize Mary Brooke ae Deputy Dietriot
Clerk. It appearing to the Court that said officer ie entitled to said deputy and hhat his
'~~ application should be approved; therefore on motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second
ed by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized
to deputize Mary Brooks as Deputy Dietriot Clerk to date from January let, 1967 end to
continue in force until revoked or otherwise be terminated.
