MacDonald as Deputy to the County Treasurer. It appearing to the Court that a need exi ate
for said Deputy and that her application should be approved.

ly approved by the Court that Agnes MacDonald be appointed Deputy to the County Treasurer

by the Court that the said Order Ao. 10,388 be amended so ae to increase the amount oi' cash
compensation offered the said E. C. Hubble, indiciduelly and as trustee, to $5,000.00, with
the Clerk end the Treasurer being authorized to draw a voucher in this amount and as eet

the necessity of amending Order No. 10,375 entered by the Court on the 12th day of Deoember
1966 and it appearing to the Court that the amount of cash conai deration tendered has been
accepted by the parties concerned but that The Service Life Insurance Company has delivered
the required partial release oŁ the Vendor's Lien and Deed of Trust only on condi~Cion that
the entire cash conaiderat ion of $612.00 be paid to them and it further appearing to the
Court that the property owns ra conoerned have executed end delivered the required right-of-
way deed in concurrence with thie pro poeal, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee,
seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that the said Order
No. 10,975 be amended so as to authorize the Clerk and the Treasurer to draw the therein
specified voucher in the amount of $612.00 payable to The Service Life Insurance Company
